Come join the Halifax County Horse Council for a picnic at the Horse Complex. Pack up a picnic dinner and bring your horses. Take a sunset ride on the trails or enjoy the arena under the lights. The Studebaker Deluxe Band will play from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. No horse? No problem! Come, enjoy the music and camaraderie of horse people. Bring your friends and meet other people like us who live, love and breathe horses. This is a family-friendly event. Free for all!
